Ok, I thought it would be fun to search the entire Southest Illinois Regional MLS for the most expensive (prestigious) and least expensive (junk) home on the market as of today, February 12, 2007.
The bottom of the pile can be found in Washington Park. It's not really even a fixer-upper. You can view it by clicking bottom of the pile.
The top of the pile can be found in Alton, IL. You'll need $4,000,000 to get into it, but hey, why not dream?! Just click top of the pile.
Most people won't be interested in these extremes, but if you want to search the MLS for Southwest Illinois, to include the communities of Scott Air Force Base, Shiloh, Swansea and Belleville, jsut click here. You'll find everything that's on the market at this point in time!
